- In- house Air jet weaving facility in multiple width from 130-210 cm along with 200+ outsourced air jets and rapiers for production of more than 25 million square meters fabric/annum
- Tsudokoma ZAX9200i machine with 4 pick insertion, lycra attachments, rolling up to 600 meters with Dobby and Cam looms
- Dobby looms with 16 shaft operations and Cam looms with 8 shaft operations.
- We have an extensive roll-to-roll facility with cleaning and brushing where we can seamlessly perform rolling operations for 600-650 m in single piece.
- Multi-width weaving facility from 50”-82” along with leno/ fringe selvedges.
- Yarn count range from NE 14-Ne 120.
- Fabric range includes cotton, poly cotton, polyester, nylon, viscose across multiple weaves as per your demand.
- Fresh percentage for defect free fabric is 95%+
